We opened our first restaurant in New Oxford Street, London, in 2000. Since then, we’ve become one of the most well-known and loved Italian dining restaurants on the high street. We’re all about bringing people together to enjoy delicious Italian classics, in beautiful settings – whatever the occasion.

THE ROLE
If you’re a Kitchen Manager or a Sous Chef with a drive to grow your career, this role could be for you.
THE LOCATION
Situated within the St David’s Centre which is the principal shopping area in Cardiff. Close to the Cardiff International Arena (currently known as the Cardiff Motorpoint Arena) and is only 10 minutes’ walk from the rail station. This is a large bright and modern restaurant with a bustling ambience set out over two floors. There is an open frontage onto the shopping centre downstairs where you can watch the world go by. The restaurant boasts and a stylish spiral staircase leading to the larger upstairs dining area.
